Commercial License

• Allows the holder of the comercial license the right to redistrubute, sell, or publically display our software for up to one year. The right to modify our software is prohibited.

• The commercial license is non-transferable to any other entity.

License Purchases

• Individuals using our software for personal use may purchase a commercial license at the going "Individual" rate.

• Non-profit organizations the meet the criteria of a 501c3 organization may purchase a commercail license at the "Non-Profit" rate.

• Commercial entities using our software may purchase a commercial licenses at the "commercial" rate. THe "Commercial" rate may be pro-rated based on company size at the time of purchase.

License Duration

• A license is valid for one year as of the time of the purchase and may be renewed.
